Mangal Dosha Calculator
Check Mars houses and the named Raman exception profile using your recorded birth details.
JANMA KUNDALI
Your Mars house check
See whether Mars falls in houses 1, 2, 4, 7, 8 or 12 from each reference. Raman-profile exceptions are shown separately after calculation.
Birth time matters, especially for the rising sign and Navamsa. Leave an unknown time blank rather than guessing.
Chart conventions and sources
The D1 chart uses whole-sign houses. Navamsa divides each sign into nine parts of 3°20′ following the Parashara Jyotisha Course reckoner. Rahu is the mean ascending lunar node from the IERS 2003 polynomial; Ketu is exactly opposite. A true-node chart can differ.
Positions use Astronomy Engine and our approximate Lahiri ayanamsa. Sign and divisional results within two arcminutes of a boundary are withheld for review. The guard is a sensitivity flag, not a certified error bound. This page calculates D1/D9 positions and houses; it does not yet include dashas, additional vargas, rectification or a personalised interpretation.
How this Manglik check works
We show three separate whole-sign counts from Lagna, Moon and Venus. A flagged house is a placement under the six-house convention, not a prediction of relationship difficulties. Different traditions apply different exceptions.
Can this decide marriage compatibility?
No. This screen evaluates named Raman exceptions separately, but not all aspects, strengths or two-chart compatibility. It does not label a person suitable or unsuitable for marriage.
Rule reference
The six-house convention is described in Drik Panchang’s own Kundali tool description; separate Moon and Venus reference checks are also shown in mPanchang’s published sample report. These are named practitioner conventions, not a claim that every classical school agrees.
